SARS submissions should be quick, easy and stress free. (at least, from the payroll side). If not, consider changing to PayX payroll software.
Remember to leave enough time to allow for SARS being offline or issues with their systems and always take print screens to prove what you did ( if SARS systems are restored, you may need to prove the fault was not on your side.)
