2. Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests are only applicable under the following conditions:
You have purchased the wrong software product and notify us within 7 days of purchase.
The software does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
You have been charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
3. Non-Refundable Items We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Change of mind or no longer needing the software.
Failure to meet system requirements that were clearly stated prior to purchase.
Subscription payments after the renewal date has passed.
Any issue that arises from third-party software conflicts or misconfiguration.
4. Refund Process To request a refund, follow these steps:

Provide proof of purchase, including your order number and payment details.
Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to our services, you can cancel at any time. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
6. Software Returns As our products are digital, they cannot be physically returned. However, if an issue arises that qualifies for a refund, we will deactivate your license upon approval of the refund request.
