Minister Naledi Pandor has repealed the Learnership Regulations of 2007 and put in the deadline of 1 April 2019 for the implementation of the new (SETAs) Work Based Learning Programme Agreement Regulations that replaces the old Learnership regulations. If your organisation is considering offering learnerships in 2019 or have existing learners, please contact your SETA or Skills Facilitator to assist with understanding the new agreements.
